IOT card for Cryo-Vacc monitoring and control

This card features inputs for monitoring the temperature at different points in a Cryo-Vacc chamber, as well as controls for a heater element and fans.

The board features the same DB15 debug and testing port as the MCU card.  It interfaces to a LCD and keyboard that is operated from the on-board MCU to provide testing information during development and production.
